I am a 20+ year employee of Lamar.  I started my career in sales in southeast Ohio just west of Pittsburgh, PA.  I graduated from college with a major in Accounting and Finance.  I was promoted to Sales Manager and ultimately General Manager in Dayton, OH in 1999.  I moved to California in 2002 and worked in the Inland Empire office.  After an acquisition of Vista Media in 2008, I became the manager for our new Los Angeles office.  It has been a fantastic journey and my family absolutely loves Southern California.

A seasoned government affairs executive in the telecommunications industry as Director of Government Affairs for Charter Communications (SPECTRUM). 

Peter Hidalgo brings over 25 years of experience leading public affairs and communications teams across both public and private sectors.  Early in his career, he served as press secretary for former Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan, gaining invaluable experience in navigating complex policy and community issues.

Chris Parker is CEO/co-owner of Pacific Crest Consultants and has been an entitlement consultant for hundreds of projects throughout Los Angeles in 20 years at PCC. His focus has been on planning & zoning issues and every year he manages the permitting and entitlements for scores of multi-million-dollar projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use and industrial). Chris is active in his community and was the founding member of the first independent public charter school in Ventura County. He served on the board of the charter school for seven years, including six as its president. A graduate of California State University Northridge, Chris also has an MBA from California Lutheran University.

Glenn Terry Insurance Generalist, licensed since 1999. He owned and operated his own insurance agency up until 2017 then merged his clients into LBW Insurance & Financial Services. Here he continues to strive to educate and broaden his knowledge in the insurance industry. Glenn believes there is a constant change in the financial, insurance, consumer awareness, product and service environment thus he truly believes it is extremely important to keep up to date and evolve in this ever changing industry. He is enthusiastic, energetic and prompt to always keep his clients well informed and educated on all insurance matters. He's a leader, detailed oriented and a true specialist in his craft.

Samona Caldwell is Director, Business Connect of the Los Angeles Sports & Entertainment Commission (LASEC). She works to identify and connect local, diverse, and experienced Los Angeles County businesses with professional development, networking, and subcontracting opportunities directly linked to large-scale sports and entertainment events. 

Samona obtained her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) in 2023,and is affiliated with the following organizations in various capacities: Los Angeles African American Women in Policy Institute, Executive Service Corps of Southern California, Ascencia, Los Angeles Brotherhood Crusade, Educate California, and the Diversity Coalition Committee (Signal Hill).

Samona is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), PRSA-LA, and an alumna of Leadership California and the University of CA at Davis. 

Hello everyone, my name is Malik Jackson. I am a proud product of the San Fernando Valley, growing up in Northridge and attending Kittridge Street Elementary, Nobel Middle School, and Birmingham High School. After high school, I attended the University of Southern California for two years before transferring to the University of Tennessee to complete my collegiate career.

In 2012, I was fortunate to be the 137th pick in the NFL Draft, where I played for 10 seasons, participating in two Super Bowls, winning one, and earning a trip to the Pro Bowl. In 2022, I retired to become a full-time father to my daughter and to launch a company called The Care League. We empower retired athletes to thrive in their next chapter by providing a supportive community that addresses their unique challenges.
